What's on your summer reading list? Why it should be a mystery:

I'm over at the Sleuths, Spies and Alibis table today, talking about why summers are for mysteries. I have a 'summer slide' chart with stats on kids and reading, and everything.

Come say hi, and tell me what you're reading!

  1. I am reading an old mystery by Charlotte Armstrong called A DRAM OF POSION right now.

  2. Will have to check that out; I'm kind of in the mood for something old...

  3. I haven't been reading as many mysteries as I should. I might now that the Indian summer is gone and the Indian monsoon is here, in all its fury. In pipeline is THE SECRET OF CHIMNEYS by Christie. I'm reading (and re-reading) her books in chronological order. I'm also planning to read (and re-read) the mystery works of Dickens, Poe, and Collins.

  4. I've been meaning to read Christie again--might have to get on that right away.

I hope you're safe in this monsoon season, Prashant...

  6. Thanks, Patti. She was 91, so not too shabby. But she'll be missed...
