Summer Break

School's out here in Colorado, and the weather is nice--I hope it is in your part of the world also. And Summer means I take a little blogging break, to catch up on some reading, writing, and playtime with the kids.

I hope to see you back here in August, with fresh pencils and notebooks!

  1. Fleur, I like the things you have planned for your blogging break. Here the summer holidays are nearly over and school and colleges reopen next week.

  2. That's really interesting, this different summer schedule. Here in the U.S., summer breaks are 10 weeks long, which seems very long to me (I had 6 weeks growing up).

    1. Fleur, summer holidays in India are usually in April-May owing to the annual heat wave. Though June through September are monsoon months, they are easier on school and college children, unless we have floods which we do without fail every year.
