It's A Book Birthday! How Do You Celebrate Accomplishments?

Double Vision: The Alias Men releases today! That means cake and lemonade, guys. Pass the plates...

You can buy the book right here.

I can't believe this is the last book in the trilogy...! It's been such a blast to write Linc's adventures, and I'm pretty sure he's off to have some more, even if they might not happen on the page...

Anyway, this book birthday made me think about accomplishments, and how we celebrate them. I'm not much of a party animal--I celebrate with take-out for dinner (no cooking, which is nice), some form of chocolate for dessert, and maybe a glass of wine.

How about you? How do you celebrate your accomplishments...?

Oh, and if you want to win ALL THREE books in the Double Vision trilogy (signed hardcovers!), head over to the Secret Files of Fairday Morrow blog...

Announcing the Code Name 711 blog tour (with lots of giveaways...)

I'm so excited that Double Vision: Code Name 711 is coming out next week...!

To share my excitement, I called on a bunch of blogger friends to help me get the word out about Linc's second adventure. And the kind people at Harper Children's have graciously donated a stack of copies of both Double Vision (Linc's first adventure), and the new Double Vision: Code Name 711 for a double-powered giveaway.

Cool, right?

So check out these blogs, and follow me as I make stops to talk about Linc, Culper spies, and how cool George Washington is (he really is, you know). And as always: thank you all, my faithful readers, for helping me make some noise. It's appreciated more than you know.

Look, I'm On The Small Screen!

Okay, so that doesn't quite mean I'm on TV or anything (I wish). But I made an author video, and the kind people at Harper put an ad up at Shelf Awareness for Double Vision that links to it.

You can see the video to the right, so you can watch me babble about the book.

Later this week, I'll share with you (since many of you are writers) how I managed to make this video, despite my infamous dinosaur status.

Let me know what you think of the video! And be kind, since I'm not Julia Roberts or anything...

April 2022 News (or: on reading slumps and lots of editing...)

April snuck up on me like a thief in the night! I’ve been so busy writing, editing, and coming up with ideas for  Daybreak on Raven Island...
